How do I place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order?
- For secure transactions, we use a quick OTP verification for COD orders.
- Provide your shipping details, including a valid mobile number.
- Choose “Standard Shipping COD” during checkout.
- Complete your order and verify it using the 4-digit OTP sent to your mobile.
- Once the OTP is verified, your order will be confirmed.
Note: COD is eligible only for orders below ₹2,000, with a ₹100 shipping fee. Orders above ₹2,000 are prepaid only.
How can I track my order?
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- Click on the link to view the status of your order.
- Alternatively, visit the “Track Your Order” section on our website to track your order.
How can I make changes to my order?
- You can edit your order details anytime before placing the order.
- Once the order is confirmed and payment is processed, changes cannot be made.
- If you have selected the wrong products, please refer to our return policy for assistance.
- After completing your order, you may have a limited window to cancel it by emailing us at info@raashherbaglo.com.
Note: We cannot guarantee successful cancellation, so it is advisable to review your order carefully before confirming it.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for eligible products as per our Returns Policy. Unfortunately, products shipped cannot be refunded unless they meet specific criteria.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 days for orders canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, refunds are not possible.
