Raash Herbaglo is not responsible for damages after delivery. If the product arrives damaged (broken, leaking, etc.), please provide the required video or unboxing video within 24 hours for a refund or replacement.

All requests will be evaluated, and damages due to misuse are not eligible. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defects.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used products.
• Products damaged due to improper handling post-delivery.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, email us at info@raashherbaglo.com with your order details and reason for return within 24 hours.
• Upon approval, you will receive instructions to ship the product back to us.

Return Shipping Charges:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, as per customer preference.
• No refunds will be provided after the shipment has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Products:

• If a product is received damaged, email us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the product and packaging.
• Damaged items are eligible for replacement or refund based on stock availability.

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
• For prepaid orders, cancellations will incur a deduction of 35% of the total order value.
