Raash Herbaglo Return Policy
Raash Herbaglo is not responsible for damages after delivery. If the product arrives damaged (broken, leaking, etc.), please provide the required video or unboxing video within 24 hours for a refund or replacement.
All requests will be evaluated, and damages due to misuse are not eligible. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defects.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used products.
- Products damaged due to improper handling post-delivery.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, email us at info@raashherbaglo.com with your order details and reason for return within 24 hours.
- Upon approval, you will receive instructions to ship the product back to us.
Return Shipping Charges:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, as per customer preference.
- No refunds will be provided after the shipment has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Products:
- If a product is received damaged, email us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the product and packaging.
- Damaged items are eligible for replacement or refund based on stock availability.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- For prepaid orders, cancellations will incur a deduction of 35% of the total order value.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days.
